2007 Term 1 Programme in the 100^th Year of scouting

14^th February	Wed	Water Games you will need to bring togs or a change of clothing you will get WET
21^st February	Wed	Making Water Rockets plus ahead of Founders Day find out more about our foundation 100 years ago.
24^th February	Sat	Celebrate FOUNDERS DAY A HUGE MUD SLIDE, this is a family fun event 2-4pm, 112 Broomfields Rd Whitford. Scouts throughout New Zealand will also be taking part in mud slides.
28^th February	Wed	Swimming and Water Skills Howick Intermediate swimming pool.
7^th March	Wed	Visit from Watercare you will learn about the water reticulation system in Auckland including the dams in the Waitakeres and Hunas plus carry out some practical exercises in water purification.
14^th March	Wed	Plan Flight Camp activity permits, gear, menu, personal equipment, notices.
21^st March	Wed	Plan Flight Camp activity permits, gear, menu, personal equipment, notices.
24^th-25^th March	Sat - Sun	Flight Camp probably in the Hunas around one of the dams.
26^th March	Mon	Group AGM Hope to have Kevin there to talk about Antarctica.
28^th March	Wed	Visit to Water Police and the Rescue Helicopter this will be our first opportunity to see the new helicopter that we raised funds for last year.
1^st April	Sun	Travel on the Watercare Rain Forest Express plus spend the afternoon at Piaha.

For those interested I am willing to organise a camp in the Easter Holidays to The Balloons Over Waikato in Hamilton, hope to include a flight Please advise ASAP
